CCR Premium Remodeling is a very successful remodeling company in the Western PA region, and they have enough business to keep them comfortably busy. However, with homeowners getting younger, and seeking remodeling projects online, vetting customer reviews from previous customers, CCR knew it was time to sure up their digital presence and build for the future. Spoiler alert, they're almost too busy now with the help of our digital & content marketing that they are booked out for months and months, well into next year.

What We Did

Capturing consumer metrics with our AI listening tools, we pinpointed the exact demographic personas of CCR's current client base, as well as the growing client base of younger home owners. This insight allowed us to craft video & photo content tailored to those different personas. Our video testimonials, in the HGTV style format, have increased CCR's project bookings by more than they could even handle. That goes to show how powerful a real person's story and experience with a business is, captured in a polished and engaging video format. This content allowed us to build a funnel system for CCR, that sent traffic to their new website landing page.

Now CCR Premium Remodeling is set-up for continued yearly growth with the addition of the digital sales funnel, engaging content, and having the data to inform future business decisions.
