Kiya Tomlin & her team were looking to expand their brand's online presence, increase digital sales revenue, and gain more of a following & reach, with the goal of taking the brand from regional to national in awareness.
What We Did
Capturing consumer metrics with our AI social listening tools, we pinpointed the exact demographic personas of Kiya’s follower & potential customer base. This insight allowed us to craft content tailored to those different personas, using high-end video content, photography, social, and email creative. Paired with the data insights & creative a/b performance we analyzed early on; we were able to provide content recommendations for brand centric content that would take the brand to new heights.
